Reservations are not confirmed until check or money order is in the possession of the
Getaway at Gobbler's Knob. A key, detailed directions and instructions to the cabin will be mailed when the final payment has been
processed.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 30 days cause forfeits deposit.
Owner Provides:  Beds, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, tableware, fresh, cold water and wood for fire ring.
Guest Agree to:

  1.    Minimize fire hazard, avoid accumulation of trash.
  2.    Avoid damage to premises, furnishings, appliances & equipment and to be personally responsible for damage repair or replacement costs.
  3.    Abide by all federal and state laws and not to conduct any illegal activity on or near the premises.
  4.    Conserve use of electricity.
  5.    Allow access by owner during guest stay for inspection and confirmation of guest's compliance with this agreement.
  6.    Not to make long distance calls charged to cabin phone - personal credit card or reversed charges  will be used.
  7.    To hold owner harmless for any injury to guest or his party - no claim or suit for such injury if occurring will be asserted against owner.
          Safety and security cannot be guaranteed. Come prepared!
  8.    Guests agree not to smoke within the cabin and to take extra precaution to extinguish cigarettes for fire safety.
  9.    Agree to check out by noon, and check in time is 4 p.m. unless otherwise given written notice of a different time.
